At Schroders we believe that collaboration is key to solving industry challenges. The Schroders start-up in residence programme is designed to bring innovative and relevant startups into the Schroders environment, to work alongside our teams and develop and iterate their propositions.
A start-up’s residency will run for up to 12 months. The structure of the programme will be tailored to each company’s individual requirements, but potential benefits include:
Each company will have a business sponsor, to be their advocate within Schroders. Throughout the programme we will review opportunities for piloting the proposition within Schroders, and the term will conclude with a workshop with relevant stakeholders to agree next steps.
