Schroders’ Group CEO and senior leaders named in LGBT Great’s Global Top 100 Executive Allies

Schroders is delighted to announce that three of our senior leaders have been named by LGBT Great in its Global Top 100 Executive Allies initiative to celebrate Pride.

This year the initiative highlighted 100 investment and savings leaders who have been instrumental allies to the LGBTQ+ community, played a key role in influencing the diversity agenda and demonstrated their commitment to future action.

Peter Harrison, Schroders’ Group Chief Executive, Garth Taljard, Global Head of Investment Product and Multi-Asset Management, and Amy Cho Schroders’ CEO, Hong Kong, & Head of Intermediary APAC were recognised on this list.

Schroders’ inclusion is a tribute to all our efforts promoting inclusivity within the organisation, as well as our determination to become an employer of choice within the industry for LGBTQ+ individuals.

The firm has demonstrated its continued commitment to support the LGBTQ+ community by celebrating Pride virtually this year, with our SchOUT campaign; a series of online events and initiatives.

We are also supporting the Albert Kennedy Trust and True Colors United, two charities focusing on LGBTQ+ youth that are homeless or living in hostile environments. This at-risk population is facing exceptional challenges on the back of the pandemic and our help is much needed.

SchOUT is just one of our employee-led inclusion groups at Schroders, find out more about our commitment to driving diversity and inclusion at Schroders.
